Worst customer service
With respect, but the branch managers are very, very disrespectful, very ungrateful , there are many people on social media asking for shipping companies say except ZMC.
Don’t waste your time
I’ve dealt with many shipping companies before, but this one is by far the worst. It took four days—yes, four days—to get simple answers to basic questions. When I asked to change account managers due to their lack of professionalism, communication only got worse. I had to message them on WhatsApp and wait while an employee literally left his phone and failed to respond. Absolutely unacceptable. If this is how long it takes just to answer a few questions, imagine how long your actual shipment will take. Time clearly means nothing to them. Do not waste your time or energy here.

Delivery of my package has around a month of delay, now that I’m going to sue, they are changing the information about my order, every day the estimated delivery date will change to tomorrow, etc.

Needs update
It’s to difficult to register, the confirmation code is taking forever, I waited too long for it and the minute I exit the app I could not be able to try resending the confirmation number nor resetting the process, I have not been able to use my phone number to register for a new account since it’s been used and invalid.
