Cannot resize the photos on the app like you can on the computer. More options in a computer than the app. Adding customizable layouts, stickers, and text.

Mobil App
I had major problems creating a photo book using the mobile app. Once I created my project, it wouldn’t add my book to the cart. No one answers the contact line anymore. When you’ve mail, you get the run around. After continuous back and forth emails for 4 days, finally got it to work. What a hassle.

App Glitches & bugs driving me CRAZY!
I love ZNO products and have a ton of their little black books, but recently their app is constantly glitching and unexpectedly quitting (I lose all my work) so I end up giving up! It freezes for long periods of time and sometimes will open and other times the whole app quits. Honestly, it’s the buggiest app on my phone. Frustrating.

Doesn’t Work
Please fix your app, I created a book and selected it from the cart to edit it and got locked in the editor and had to exit the app. When I went back in, the book was deleted completely. Fix your app so I can buy a book please.
Albums fall apart
I have given this company a completely fair chance. I’ve created nearly 10 albums and unfortunately the binding and pages come unglued and fall apart after about a year. It’s like the adhesive is super cheap and once it dries it just evaporates and no longer holds. So disappointed as I’ve spent so much time on creating these albums. Each time, I reached out to the company and they replaced it for free; however, the same thing happened with the replacements. Also, a feature I loved about their album creation process was discontinued. You used to be able to filter layouts based on the number of portrait and landscape photos you had in mind for a 1 page or 2 page spread. Now, you have to pick a layout without the filtering option. Much less efficient and frustrating. And if I’m going to be very picky, the photos seem to loose their vibrancy in the printing process. The photos seem to have a duller appearance.

I love the quality of Zno, I volunteer at a summer camp for kids with disabilities I’ve been doing it for 3 years the 1st year I made it I just wanted to have something special to remember it by. But it was so popular I now make a yearbook every year I go.

I’m spoiled
I did not like that I could not move pictures around, no adding text to the pages and only one photo per page. When you have used photo book programs like Shutterfly and Mixbooks you get spoiled with the features of customization this just does not have.
