Disappointed
The book was a total waste of money. The caption s you couldn’t read most! This was to be a special gift to my granddaughter and now it’s a piece of garbage. . Zero quality control . I’ll never waste my money with them again.
Complete lack of customer support
I have been using Blurb for nearly eight years and almost 30 books. When an upload issue stopped me in my tracks recently, I waited over a week for a reply from support. After my quick acknowledgment and assistance with screenshots of the issue, I was turned over to another team and am still awaiting help. It’s been over three weeks now, and no help. There isn’t even a phone number for customer support, so one is at the mercy of email. I love Blurb’s ease of use and captionability of pages, but I am now a former customer.

So, Blurb is shutting down, but, I thought I would get one more….The UPS delivery system was the absolute worst. My book went to British Columbia, about 5000 miles away. Finally I got the book and the package was in a bad condition.It looked as if someone wanted to see what was inside. 2 areas were wrecked….it took weeks to get it….
