Disappointed
The book was a total waste of money. The caption s you couldn’t read most! This was to be a special gift to my granddaughter and now it’s a piece of garbage. . Zero quality control . I’ll never waste my money with them again.
Complete lack of customer support
I have been using Blurb for nearly eight years and almost 30 books. When an upload issue stopped me in my tracks recently, I waited over a week for a reply from support. After my quick acknowledgment and assistance with screenshots of the issue, I was turned over to another team and am still awaiting help. It’s been over three weeks now, and no help. There isn’t even a phone number for customer support, so one is at the mercy of email. I love Blurb’s ease of use and captionability of pages, but I am now a former customer.

So, Blurb is shutting down, but, I thought I would get one more….The UPS delivery system was the absolute worst. My book went to British Columbia, about 5000 miles away. Finally I got the book and the package was in a bad condition.It looked as if someone wanted to see what was inside. 2 areas were wrecked….it took weeks to get it….

Why even try - give us more options
It only does photo books? Is this real? What a waste of my time
I love blurb. I have my first and only book published through blurb.
I do love blurb as a book publishing site however I am greatly disappointed in their uses for the iOS app for it simply to make photo books as gifts and not chapter book form. I would love it if the app were more well equipped like the bookwright program that they use for the desktop.

I am not sure why on the app it doesn’t allow me to order more than one book at a time.
Limited to two small book sizes
I was hoping this could make it easier to produce my kids work book on my ipad on the go, but the app limits you to just two small sized square book sizes. No option for alternative ratios or sizes. Useless to me.
Only makes overpriced small photo books
You don’t get all of the options to create books, just the small overpriced versions. You can only order one at a time instead of stacking shipping. They can do better!

Not the Blurb I expected
I thought that I could use this app as a way to make and buy books like I did years ago. This app is not connected with my previous books and I can’t save my app book to edit and view on my computer blurb site. This is totally separate from the web account.

Worked okay for ordering a small book but really wish I could select more portrait formats on the mobile app

The app is very limited. It only has two sizes and does not let you edit the spine for labeling.

Need more book dimensions. 5x5 or 7x7 doesn’t even fit the most standard book dimensions
Don’t Do It
The worst app I’ve ever ordered from. Zero follow up and unable to track your order. Takes forever to receive with less than favorable communication. Pass this one up.

Lack of options in the app
There are only 2 options in the app: small square and mini square, if more products are advertised as options in the app please have them available otherwise is a waste of time
