Great platform, poor mobile readability
Powerful platform, but the mobile app has serious readability problems. Large parts of the UI use light text/icons on light backgrounds, making content difficult or impossible to read even for users with no vision impairments. This isn’t an edge-case accessibility issue — it’s a basic usability failure in real-world lighting. Desktop works fine, but the mobile experience needs urgent attention to contrast and legibility.
The fact that as the admin on our Zoho Creator account, I have next to no control over how the app looks or functions, is extremely frustrating.

Again, like books and vault, entirely useless. Pressing “sign in” actually does something unlike vault, but then it just opens OneAuth and sits there?! can’t even login, ridiculous

Regardless of the notion that I hadn’t logged on in x amount of days , I worked hard and now all of that is lost forever and they said that they can’t restore my work .

Lack of polite support
The app itself is good (maybe because we build ourselves) but asking for support that’s another matter… they are rude and dismissive which is disappointing when they have such potential in the app. Often I explain myself 5+time before they actually listen and understand what is wrong

We developed a property management solution for sober living environments. Zoho is easy to develop with and the performance and stability of the platform have been really good. We are happy we chose this platform.

Peut plus créer de rapport ça charge sans fin. C’est un problème de configuration de notre part ou c’est global ? Sinon c’est une belle app, bravo
Had high hopes
I couldn’t give more than a one star since you can’t do anything on the app, except change the page or it crashes or just continues loading with the loading GIF, pretty disappointed at high hopes

When I tried to export my data in xml, the file arrived on my email / pc with incomplete and corrupted data
