Good layout, no quality control
The app is more efficiently set up compared to the previous app but is plagued with issues. We have had multiple charts that were lost. The app keeps crashing. The driver’s license scan feature needs a doctorate to operate. The app is slow to respond. Ems charts support closes out support tickets prior to resolving any issues.

Minor fixes
I think overall, it is a better app than the previous EMSCharts tablet application and is smoother and easier to use on calls (after a small adjustment period). There are a few things I would could be seen in future updates for ease of function.
Being able to enter mileage on the same page as you enter the times, so when I mark on scene, I can mark the mileage all on the same page, rather than flipping to a different page.
Also, the add actions say A-Z on the top, but I don’t believe that are in alphabetical order.

Amazing app but
It is a very efficient app, however the drivers license scan does not work for some reason. Software fix could make this app so much better. I also wish I could hyaline page 8

Hello skinnyjeansgirl. We are so sorry to hear of your experience with drivers license scanning. Have you tried to scan a license using our zoom control for the camera? This often helps with license scanning in certain scenarios. Please give that a shot if you have not already. If that is unsuccessful, please create a support ticket from within the application so that we can get you up and running with license scanning!
