Pay to do anything
So ever since the update when I create a new account I have to pay to even watch ONE livecam.. I only have access to community chats and clips nothing else..? Before when you join, it would let you choose like 5 animals to watch and for free any time the cam is online. Now, you cannot watch anything but clips. What is going on???

At first I thought this was the best app but now you have to pay to watch any animal it was even better when you only had three animals I hate the new update, it’s unfair that you only get to watch recaps not everyone has the the money to be paying for this please change it

I downloaded this last year after visiting trentham monkey sanctuary and had access to several cameras at various zoos, now none of the cameras work unless you pay

I only bought this app because I thought I would get to watch animals live, does not work, can’t see ANY of the animals. membership that costs a fortune. Terrible app do not get.
