Pay to do anything
So ever since the update when I create a new account I have to pay to even watch ONE livecam.. I only have access to community chats and clips nothing else..? Before when you join, it would let you choose like 5 animals to watch and for free any time the cam is online. Now, you cannot watch anything but clips. What is going on???

At first I thought this was the best app but now you have to pay to watch any animal it was even better when you only had three animals I hate the new update, it’s unfair that you only get to watch recaps not everyone has the the money to be paying for this please change it

I downloaded this last year after visiting trentham monkey sanctuary and had access to several cameras at various zoos, now none of the cameras work unless you pay
Horrible 😡
I only bought this app because I thought I would get to watch animals live, does not work, can’t see ANY of the animals. membership that costs a fortune. Terrible app do not get.
Can’t login with Google
zoolife is an amazing service and I would love to use it through the app, but it refuses to let me sign in through Google. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it just won’t let me login. I’m able to login just fine through the browser. Please fix this!

Great but couple issues
Love the app it is wonderful so cool to watch the animals I’ve had a couple other apps for the same purpose and didn’t work as well as this one, but however it is very expensive and the overview isn’t that much
Great and underrated app
This all is seriously underrated. The video and audio quality is great, and you get to spend time with all kinds of animals virtually, almost like you are there. Best hidden secret on the App Store

This app is amazingly awesome I love it I love animals it is so cool i can watch the animals learn about them very cool but for free it only lets you see and learn about four animals and a subscription is around sixtey dollars that is way to expensive for a mobile app but I still love this app and recommend it

I love watching all of the animals. My only minor complaint about this app is sometimes the camera will zoom in or zoom out on me without me prompting it to.

Thanks for your feedback. As you might know already, zoolife cameras are controlled by all users on the platform as a collaborative experience. However, we have been getting some feedback, like yours, about unwanted camera movements. We are considering all feedback before we make any changes to the camera control experience. I love this app watching the animals makes my day the only thing is you can only watch four animals if you don’t pay,which I get because it is very cool looking at animals.Keep up the good work!
Great app but not ideal for iPad
This app and website are great though it seems like it doesn’t really scale for the iPad, which is a bummer.

I went to the Toronto Zoo earlier this year and received the email for the Zoolife app. I opened it thinking that’s where I could access my tickets, but I learned it was much greater than that!
I’ve taken so many close up photos on this app, better than what I took at the zoo! I urge anyone thinking about getting this app to just go for it! It’s incredible watching these animals whenever you feel.

Great app!
I enjoy being able to watch the orangutans and gorillas every day. The main features I would like added are Chromecast and AirPlay support so I can stream the app video to my smart TV. Also, native iPad support would be nice too. These streams would be better enjoyed on bigger screens.
