As mentioned by other reviewers, app asks you to log in but does not recognize email address or current pw. Can’t change pw because it does not recognize either of my existing accounts
Email addresses-says they don’t exist. Is this really the same zoom I have used at work for 3 years? No way to set up a new account either. Total waste of time.

It asks for my email address and password yet it says my password doesn’t exist. What am I supposed to do? I have missed several meetings because of this... how do I fix this?
