Used this service as I needed a letter to bring a controlled drug abroad with me. All I had to do was submit a copy of my prescription and I received my letter within the hour! I think the price is reasonable (my super slow NHS GP would have charged the same for the letter anyway) and worth the money. Would highly recommend 🙂

Downloaded for a GP appt. All GPs offline. Pointless app.
Total rubbish
Charged me £50 without so much as speaking with a GP. The app goes blank. Appears as though this is fraudulent.
Amazing simple concept
Was at university and needed a quick appointment with a doctor and this was an easy alternative that sorted me out
Fast and efficient
I left my daughters prescription at home when we were away for the weekend ZoomDoc arranged a new prescription to be collected from the nearest pharmacy it took 6 minutes. Would highly recommend

Had to call a doctor late last night as my husband and I were really sick. I’m so grateful that this app exists - a doctor was at our house within 20 minutes and was able to help us. Super efficient and we instantly felt comfortable in the hands of the doctor.

Needed a doctor on a weekend the day before we went on holiday. Took me 2 mins to register on the app. Within 40mins an extremely helpful and knowledgable GP was at my door. He even dispensed the medicine there and then. Absolutely revolutionary. I could not be happier.

I called ZoomDoc because I saw it recommended on our local Mums group. Our son was feeling unwell late on a Friday evening after being fine all day and I really wanted the reassurance of a doctor visit. The app was fast and easy to download and the doctor returned my call within minutes. After a consult he was at our door in less than 30. His assessment and diagnosis was efficient and informed and follow up the next day was so helpful. The piece of mind has been priceless on the weekend especially. I will recommend this app and service to everyone.

I needed a doctor to visit My house as I was too unwell to get to my GP. The app was very simple and easy to use and the doctor who came to see me was extremely helpful and gave me very good advice and a prescription for the antibiotics I needed. He also followed up the next day with a call and wrote up my visit notes on the app for me to see. I was extremely impressed with both the app and the doctor who visited me.

Amazing service
Used ZoomDoc recently and thought it was so clever! Was easy to use - selected a ZoomDoc GP and spoke to him instantly before he came to our home. He was polite and very professional. Really simple and got me seen when I couldn't get an appointment at my regular surgery.
