App keeps crashing
I had spent almost a week in developing a photo book but now it’s not allowing me to edit any further , stickers aren’t coming up and the app keeps crashing every 30 seconds . Is there a problem with the application ? Is it being fixed ?

It’s the easiest way to make your pictures come true in prints😊 it’s been years I have been trying to put myself together to visit some photographer for an album for my kid.. but time and energy in sourcing someone who will do a good job with minimum expenses is difficult to find. Be your own album maker with ZoomIn.. it’s perfect.. although I just wish that it allows more than 32 pics at a time.. maybe max 50..

The Absolute Worst App—Unreliable and a Complete Failure
This app, ZoomIn, is an absolute disaster. From the start, the app is unreliable and horribly designed. I tried uploading two photos for a product called MiniMagnet. One photo came out fine, but the other was a complete mess—only half of my face showed up, with most of my forehead missing. This is beyond unacceptable. The app crashes constantly, and the quality of prints is awful. Customer support is non-responsive, and the entire process is a nightmare. Do not download ZoomIn—it is a total waste of time and money, and it should never be used by anyone.

Completely Unreliable App & Pathetic Customer Support
Absolutely terrible experience with Zoomin. The app’s editing features are completely unreliable. I spent time rotating and cropping my photos within the app, only to receive printed photos where NONE of those edits were applied.
What’s the point of providing editing tools if they don’t reflect in the final output?
To make things worse, their customer support is useless. I raised a ticket, and instead of investigating the issue, they outright denied it and refused to take any responsibility. No resolution, no accountability—just a complete waste of time and money.
Avoid this app if you care about quality or basic customer service. Completely unprofessional and not worth the risk.

Mention the file size compatibility
It would be great if you can mention the file size compatibility. I had created an album with 36 pages and from 37th onwards it not allowing me to make any changes. So last 4 pages are stuck a d whenever I open the app, and that particular creation, automatically the app is closed within a second .

I am a frequent customer of ZoomIn. I used to order when I was in India. I am still using it by placing the orders in India and I collect my orders when I come to India. I have two feedback to improve further:
1. In few of my orders I added few stickers for which I was charged but those were missing in my posters.
2. In collage I am unable to edit text in IPhone 16 mobile app. While it is allowed in desktop login but in desktop login some photos are not appearing properly.
3. I am ready to pay extra but arrange to delivery in UAE also.

Worst
If re-downloads from the same ip address are counted as downloads the last thousand would be just me because that's how many times the app crashed and I had to re-download. If I made an app with these many glitches I'd probably quit right away.
Totally in Love since 2008
I have been using zoomin since 2008 and since then zoomin has been my go to place for all my photo printing needs !! Their products are just so nice - I specially recommend the fridge magnets and metal prints .. I have got so many of these printed for my own-self and also to give as gifts and it’s a crowd pleaser !! The print sharpness and quality is also lovely - on all their products !! Lastly, their customer service is friendly and understanding as well !! I can’t recommend this brand enough !! 😍❤️

Product Not yet delivered
Very bad experience. I ordered a product on 29th July, and since 2nd August the status has been stuck at “short shipment” in the same location. Today is the 13th, and there is still no update or expectation for delivery.
This is highly disappointing, especially for a store that deals with gifts — which are meant for specific occasions. What is the point of promising delivery dates if the gift arrives long after the event? A delay of 3–4 days is understandable, but here there’s been no movement and no communication from the seller.
Customer care only says “we are checking” without any meaningful update. Overall, a desperate and frustrating experience.

App is closing automatically
This app is not up to mark. When you open and add photos, it wont give any issues but once you started adjusting the photos, it auto closes and wont let you finish the album. I have wasted my 2-3 hours on this and post adding photos, i can not do anything as it closes whenever I am trying to edit.
It is same issue on browser as well. It is popping up that issue is not on your side, it is on zoomin side… but who will resolve this????

Don’t take extra charges
If you are showing that, product is coming in Rs 149/- then make it same amount, don’t add. Extra charges in it, at the time of payment… that is not good… always you are doing this same thing to me.

Worst experience
Order Id is ZO-C24B78E1C2. The courier company did not even try to deliver the courier. No courier person has talked to me on the phone, nor has he tried to deliver the courier to my home. Still they write that the address is wrong or undeliverable. I want to know that Zoomin people should tell me that if my address is wrong then how did all the couriers get delivered till now? Even before this I have tried to contact the zoomin, but I am not able to get any solution. Overall I would say that the worst service ever has been provided by the zoomin people . And now I don't even hope that I will receive my courier.

I recently faced this problem as I want to make a photo book that album but whenever I try to add picture or edit and as well as adding stickers the app stop working and I felt like I can’t even complete my album . I also send a mail to them but they did nothing it’s really very bad experience

I found this app this year and I have ordered sooooo many customized photo books , photos. I love the quality and service ♥️♥️ I gifted my grandma a small photo books and ordered a family photo book for my father in law and mini photo prints, they are awestruck with the quality also how beautiful it is.

Excellent quality
I have ordered calendars from Zoomin half a dozen times and each time have been delighted by the quality of printing and service. Have now ordered a calendar with my photos for 2025 and looking forward to receiving it soon.
Fraud and Poor Support
I ordered two 2.75 magnets and two 3.75 magnets but in the packet I just received two magnets only rest two were missing! I paid 677 and didn’t expect this from zoomin, this was not my first order and I needed a resolution as this was a gift for someone. I tried mailing, texting on insta, tweeting, didn’t get any help, order from somewhere else or go out on a shop to buy but just refrain from buying from this zoomin please! Save your money! You are not going to get heard as they have no support!
