Why did you remove the filter words??
Why have you removed the option to add words as filter? It was a vital option for me to browse only flats in the buildings I was looking to buy. Now hundreds of results come up and I have no way of looking for flats. Instead of adding features you remove features!
Update poor
The most recent update to the app is a step in the wrong direction. Previous versions allowed you to insert a search term such as ‘garage’ alongside your criteria, at this point it would only show houses with a garage. With the most recent update it now seems to use Ai and show all houses now whether they’ve got a garage or not. Please revert back to the old version as it was significantly better.

App is decent enough - wish there was an option to have a shared account or something with my partner. Also it constantly asks me to do a survey to show I’m a serious buyer even though I’m looking at rentals and there’s no way to “exit” off this survey I have to fill it in every time.
Update of my home everything deleted
So I did the update having received an email to do so and to check the value of my home only to find my home has gone from the app and the my home section of the web site .. tried to re add it and get the message “something went wrong “ yeah well something did go wrong for sure .. fix it please

Map view horrible
Properties keep disappearing on the map when zooming in or out. The dot appears for a second and then disappears again especially when going back to the map after viewing an ad. Really frustrating.

Zoopla is is to navigate and I like how it list the values of the property over past years
Just a source for unscrupulous garbage
There are literally flats listed hundreds of times completely clogging the search and making this app useless.
Poor data
Despite informing Zoopla on multiple occasions that the data on this app / website relates to the land adjacent to the house and not the house; separate sale transactions (a year apart) in the land registry data, they have done nothing to update their records. Very poor and makes it useless.
sort by square ft?
the fact you can sort by square ft was what separated it from rightmove etc. not sure why they added it then removed

Just like the other apps want to hold a deposit what in case decide not to rent to you is lost. This happen because the law not permitted take any fees.

The map is glitchy
I’ve been using this app for quite some time, and I noticed that the map is glitchy. More specifically, when I zoom in to better figure out where the properties are, they disappear. Even if I zoom out the still don’t appear and I have to zoom out a lot, making my experience annoying. I hope you will fix this in the future, overall the app is great! Thank you!

why the hell does the app returns automatically to the top of the page when I’m browsing results? that’s idiotic. I’m looking at a house that is way down the page and when i return to the search results it scrolls back right to top, forcing me to scroll down and search again for the last house i was looking at so i can follow to the next one. deleted. i’ll use the web browser instead.
