How many people have honestly thought "what I really want is AI in my bank account"? I'm willing to bet zero or very close to that. But AI is what we're told is so fantastic for everything, so here it is.

I was quite enjoying using Zopa then have come across some significant issues with it.
The chat does not get saved so I have no idea what the response was to my last question. Considering it’s an asynchronous chat this is ludicrous.
Why can’t I see previous chats?
Why can’t I pose a question out of hours for you to respond when you do open?
Another issue is that you can’t see any information on a transaction to do with which account was paid only the name on the account which is a problem when you have multiple payee accounts for the same person.

Really hate the redesign
Did anyone test this on real people? It used to be simple and user friendly, now it’s cluttered and complex. Combined with the reduction in benefits on Biscuit I may move elsewhere

Bait and switch
Replacing the regular saver with justification of subpar “benefits” on the biscuit account reeks of bait and switch tactics. Clearly a rouse to get funding in and hope people leave their savings on a below inflation interest rate once the term finishes.
Disappointing and hope customers realise the tactics are no different from other banks. All your awards mean nothing to us.
