My issue was resolved, eventually!
Review update: the issue I had below is now fixed so I can transfer funds again between accounts internally. Thanks for fixing this Zopa!! Therefore, no issues at all and its 5 stars all the way.
The updated Zopa app says it’s compatible with my ageing iPhone but I’m now unable to transfer funds internally from my Biscuit Current Acc to my Primary Access Pot. You enter the details but the screen just hangs and nothing happens so transfer does not work. I’ve reported this to the chat facility whereby they said it would be invested in 3 days. Wait & see I guess!

I know that Zopa used to or maybe still does on its website have the ability to land your own money out at risk of losing your capital and I want to know is this option available through the Zopa banking app? (I only put a free star review because I can’t post the review without putting a star but I can’t give it at low score because I’ve never had it but if you could lend your own money out to make profit on the returns just like you can on the website, then I would give it a five star most likely.)

The worse customer service and bank ever meet, after I got restrictions on my account without reason
I try to contact customer service and they was unable to sort out the problem in 2h and a half
I explain them my problem and my emergency payment which I have to made but they don’t care and because of them I have to stay at list one more month in the pain. Useless bank don’t worth to have account with them, is same to be a scam bank ( I’m not 100% sure about it )and they don’t sort out the problem after a lot of chats and phone calls and complaints made the problem still unresolved.
