What's New in Zoro.
1.6.0
August 27, 2026
The day, connected. Your tasks, on your calendar. Connect Apple Calendar and Zoro keeps a calendar of its own — an all-day event for every dated task, a timed one for every reminder. Move or rename one there and the task follows. Zoro never reads or touches your other calendars. Reminders ring. A reminder made on one device now fires on your others without opening the app, it breaks through Focus, and it sounds like Zoro — the slash. Widgets keep themselves current. Changes from your other devices reach the widget in the background. Quick filters. Priority, size and due chips narrow the list, board or calendar you're already looking at. Free. Stats you can read. Tap any chart for the number; expand any chart for more weeks and every label. A task added from inside a project now lands in that project. Calendar sync is Zoro Pro. On your Mac, Pro also runs an MCP server so Claude can work your board.

FAQ
What is Zoro's core philosophy?
Zoro's core philosophy is to help users cut through their to-do list by focusing on priorities and limiting work in progress, rather than just collecting tasks. It emphasizes finishing a few high-leverage items each day.
How does Zoro handle task prioritization and sizing?
Tasks in Zoro are assigned a priority level (P1-P3) and an effort size (S/M/L), not estimated by time. This method aims to focus on the importance and complexity of tasks rather than a potentially inaccurate time commitment.
What is the 'weekly review' feature in Zoro?
The weekly review is a key feature where Zoro compiles data on your week's activity, including completed tasks, added tasks, and stalled items. Users reflect on this data to gain insights into their work habits.
Is Zoro available on multiple devices?
Yes, Zoro syncs seamlessly across iPhone and Mac using iCloud. This ensures your task list is up-to-date no matter which Apple device you are using.
What are the benefits of Zoro Pro?
Zoro Pro offers advanced insights like full weekly insight cards, extended History and Trends data, a stats dashboard, subtasks, and custom statuses. These features provide deeper analysis of your productivity over time.
What is the pricing for Zoro Pro?
Zoro Pro offers flexible pricing options: $2.99 per month, $19.99 per year, or a one-time purchase of $59.99. All Pro plans include a 14-day free trial.
Does Zoro collect user data?
No, Zoro is private by architecture. Your tasks live in your own iCloud, and the app has no servers that hold your data, no accounts to create, and no analytics or tracking. The App Privacy label states 'Data Not Collected'.
