Constant logging user out
Terrible app! This app asks for me to log in when I am already logged in- logs me out on its own every time without fail! This has been ongoing for months now! Developer needs to fix this issue!!!
Almost good
Tournaments in my area use Zorts for verifications, but the app is so glitchy. Swaps players photos on rosters, freezes up and force closes, parents constantly have issues purchasing and linking player cards. Wish there was a way to bulk purchase player cards so I can remover half the stress of aggravated parents, and walking each through the process.

I continue to get an error message It recorded my son under my last name which is incorrect, but it will not allow me to change or edit info. Then says I need to purchase a player card which I assume has already been done since the app works for his dad. I’ve been having this problem for 2 years! I’ve deleted the app and then added again but same problem exists.

Past Events Saturate Search Results
Thus far, once you learn the app, it’s pretty easy to utilize.
I am constantly looking for events for my teams to participate in, but when searching, there are events that populate from all the past seasons, tournaments, or like items.
It would be nice if past events would filter out and not be visible after completion. It is like playing I Spy when looking for events.
Please clean this up. It degrades event organizers and those like myself looking for events from finding upcoming possibilities.

Would love to follow the tournament and register my boys, keyboard won’t appear on any screen/field.

This app is buggy beyond belief… Additionally, it won’t accept pictures. Supposedly they appear blurry so you have to use a pdf. I wish our organization would stop using this app!
Difficult to navigate
Horrible interface. There is no real ‘home’ or ‘account’ area to base any navigation from. And God help you if you have 2 kids trying to register for the same tournament (which I do) because it will be extremely difficult to differentiate one from the other and register each for their separate events. This app stinks

No search button
At my sons 7 on 7, was told to download this app. I’m at the Home Screen where it says My Organization and My Team/Events and says to click on the magnifyer (search) above to search your team and there is no freacken magnifyer!! 🤔😤

Piece of crap doesn’t add multiple teams and will no delete leagues after added. Contacted support. Even more useless.
Terrible app
Terrible app, took forever to get my team registered and our tournament had to change the rules mid tournament because the app couldn’t handle it. Plus they trick you into buying a player card when you don’t need to.

Seeding results
I applaud the almost instantaneous score reporting for pool play, but it is insane how long it take to publish elimination brackets for day 2. People are literally staying up late just to see when their team plays the next day.
