Hard to use
I like Zoup and wish the app was more intuitive. Ordering pick 2 required several attempts and then if I want to edit basically have to start again. Als Would be easier if credit used apple wallet etc. why do I have to store a card w Zoup when there are other applications for this. Whole app seems antiquated.

Scam
Every time I visit I try to earn points but the app requires that I update the app and then it takes 6 minutes to install. But then you’re in line already so you end up just skipping it. Scam.
Like the choice of soups

Cannot change password
There is no way in the app to change your password. If you try to do a password reset from the app, the link also does not change the password, it just takes you to the order page.
Leaving “app feedback” takes you to a generic feedback page, where you have to select a restaurant location… I said app feedback, not restaurant feedback!
I love the restaurant but the entire digital experience is terrible. Even account deletion isn’t directly possible, it just loads some default information into a message to send to their email.
Account creation, password change and account deletion are the 3 critical security items you must address before you start selling stuff online. If you can’t get that right, why should I trust you with my credit card info or business in general?

I have frequented Zoup’s on many occasions during the past 2 years, and I have been very pleased with the various soup offerings! My favorites are Jamaican Bay Gumbo and Seafood soups.
The owner and staff are always very friendly and most accommodating whenever I visit. I highly recommend Zoup’s to any one who loves soup and who want soup that is healthy and chocked full of tasty ingredients!

Half birthday reward
Sad the kids at the store would not accept my email stating I had a free half birthday soup to redeem. ( not expired) we could not get app to give them a bar code. I still ordered soup I asked for help and they were to busy to help and said I would have to figure it out myself. 70 years old and hate the new tech but figured it out myself and still enjoyed my soup but sad everyone is so busy today they no longer trust people and I even showed them I was a previous customer by my old texts. Choices so many
It took a while for me to decide what I wanted. Good was looking so awesome. I got the Cali chicken with grilled cheese dippers and tomato soup. Being a soup lover this brought me home. Seriously delicious.
Still glitches
The app shows that I have 3 alerts or messages, but I can’t access them or even find them. I honestly don’t use the app much and will probably delete it. The app could be easier to use.
