no “asap” option for order pickup is a drag
The app is decent overall, but the pickup time really throws me off. Either I have to plan in advance (not ideal since I’m ordering takeout likely due to lack of planning in advance) or I have to wait to pickup (not ideal since the point of ordering in advance was to be in-and-out). First world problems, but has made me decide to order elsewhere several times.

App is not easy to use
This app is ridiculous. I set the time to pick up. By the time I navigated through the app to enter my order and went to pay, the time had to be changed. I changed the time and then all of my information and payment was removed.

Signup, and ordering, and payment are clunky and tedious, no apple/google pay. Needs fixin.

Living in Philadelphia for 30 years and being in Columbus for the past 5, I finally found a bagel that is just as good or better than an east coast bagel! Barry’s is my go to bagel place in Central Ohio!
