App is not easy to use
This app is ridiculous. I set the time to pick up. By the time I navigated through the app to enter my order and went to pay, the time had to be changed. I changed the time and then all of my information and payment was removed.
Unfinished
Signup, and ordering, and payment are clunky and tedious, no apple/google pay. Needs fixin.
Hits the spot!
Living in Philadelphia for 30 years and being in Columbus for the past 5, I finally found a bagel that is just as good or better than an east coast bagel! Barry’s is my go to bagel place in Central Ohio!

Doesn’t work
I had used the app for a years but now it rejects every card I have entered into it. I have used credit cards and debit cards from different banks and owners and it rejects all of them. At this time this app just doesn’t work.
Account setup
Unable to create an account. Selected forgot password but says there isn’t an account registered to this email, sent through the whole registration, entered my phone number and it says there’s account registered to that number. Used my husbands email and phone number, same thing. Can’t create an account without entering an email but yet can’t forget password because the app account is registered to the phone number. Not able to take advantage of special deals because I have to enter my order as a guest.

Fine app with annoying push ads
I have the marketing ads disabled in settings but still get annoying push notification ads.

Not sure why you take online orders
The pick up time is 30 to 40 minutes away and when I show up 30 to 40 minutes later, my order has not been packed and I still have to wait
Art Fair bagels
Used the app on the way into town. So easy and convenient. Now we will be well stocked with bagels for the fair
Interface Too Complicated
For a first time user there are too many initial selections versus customizations. It gets confusing. I also backed up twice and deleted my order twice. Convenience but could use work
Please Fix Delivery Time Functionality
Barry Bagels is amazing. Delivery is a welcome addition. The functionality requiring you to pick a time before ordering is less great. Default to ASAP and allow order scheduling as a secondary option instead of the default. Getting all the way through check out only to be bounced to that timing screen again 9/10 orders is less than ideal.

Nice that they finally have an app. Works well but needs to be able to choose other meats for eggel’s.
Online orders
It would be better to have an option for shorter wait times for pickup orders. 30-40 minutes seems too long
