About

Stop manually categorizing transactions. Zpent does it instantly. Categorizing transactions is one of those tasks everyone knows they should do — and nobody wants to. It's tedious, time-consuming, easy to fall behind on. Zpent makes it disappear. Import a PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, OFX, or QFX from any bank, and Zpent's AI categorizes every transaction in seconds. 17 smart defaults, unlimited custom categories, and the model learns from your corrections. What used to take an hour now takes seconds — and seeing your spending actually organized feels surprisingly satisfying. SAFE TO SPEND One clear number: exactly how much you can comfortably spend right now, factoring in your monthly budget and upcoming commitments. No spreadsheet, no math. Just a glance. EXPENSE HEATMAP A color-coded calendar of your spending patterns. Spot which days and weeks actually drain your wallet — at a glance. AI ASSISTANT Ask plain-English questions: "How much did I spend on restaurants last month?" or "Am I on track with my grocery budget?" Instant answers, grounded in your real data. BUDGETS THAT LEARN FROM YOU AI-suggested limits based on your actual spending history. Adjust as you go, copy from previous months, get visual breakdowns by category. UNIVERSAL IMPORT PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, OFX, QFX. Any format from any bank in 150+ currencies, with automatic format, currency, and date detection. SCHEDULED PAYMENTS Track recurring payments — subscriptions, rent, salary — with calendar reminders, "due this week" alerts, and the ability to skip individual occurrences. PRIVACY, FIRST CLASS Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). GDPR compliant. SOC 2 Type II infrastructure. Your financial data is never used to train AI models. Ever. What's New in Zpent

Smarter budgets, an assistant that follows you around, and dates that finally match your statement. NEW • Ask anywhere. The AI assistant now opens from any screen and already knows what you are looking at, so you can ask "am I still on track this month?" without explaining yourself first. • Planned vs actual, by category. The dashboard and every budget now show what you planned against what you have actually spent, grouped into Need, Want and Savings, with a pace line telling you whether the month is running hot. • Safe to Spend now counts your bills. One number for what is genuinely yours to spend, after the commitments still due this cycle. Upcoming bills are listed up front rather than buried. • Category insights. A donut breaking spending down by budget type, plus a one-tap AI suggestion for any categories you have not grouped yet. IMPROVED • Purchase dates, not billing dates. A card transaction now shows the day you actually bought something, everywhere in the app. Your memory and your statement finally agree. • Scheduled payments stop drifting. Bills anchored to the end of the month stay there, in every month, including February. • Your language sticks. The language you pick is remembered and now applies to messages that come from our servers too. Portuguese wording has been tightened throughout. • Better multi-currency handling, and a dashboard that adapts to foldables and larger screens. FIXED • Sessions refresh quietly in the background, including mid-conversation with the assistant. Far fewer unexpected sign-outs. • Error messages explain what actually went wrong instead of showing a generic failure. • Links open inside the app rather than failing with "Unable to open URL". • The budget pace line stays visible even when you are well over budget.
