What a hopeless app
Months already and they still dont approve my loan. What are you doing to our info really? Or in broader sense, what really are you doing? You said 7 business days, but where? I guess your 7 business days is actually business weeks, months? Maybe years? What a hopeless app.

I was really disappointed because I wish it will be approve this time for medical purposes hence it's not , I don't know if you review all the application that was submitted, I provided all the documents that you needed then yet I am still rejected , This is my 4th time being rejected applying
Frustrating Sign-Up Experience
I tried registering for an account, but the app kept saying I already had an account. When I tried logging in using my email or phone number, it said I didn’t have an account. It’s very confusing and frustrating because I can’t proceed with either registration or login. I hope the developers can fix this issue soon so new users can actually access the app without this kind of error.

Its been two month and has still not receive any response or review you can just denied it. But its not ur fault you cannot approve me could have at least decision after a month or shorter period. Uninstalling no use app
Loan Approval
It's been 3 days since I applied for loan but still on processing!
High interest rate!!!!
Example computation with the interest shown was 2% per month. It’s already higher than other banks. Then after you submitted your credentials and created an account, the loan interest becomes 5% per month! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 isip isip muna bago mag click ng approve.
Unable to see my loan details
I don’t know what changed but it no longer allows to view your loan details which includes the payments being made.

I never had used the app I am only stuck at starting point when I was about to have the calculation that it is so big of interest and I decided not to continue further. This message will serve as proof that I had not signed or approved any of the documents on the app as well as to agree to have a loan.

If only there’s a 0 star
This wasn’t QAd properly, or any kind of testing. App crashes first time I used, gave it a second chance and I was stuck by just clicking the service I intend to use. Also, there’s a lot of wrong spelling on your enums. This is good for sandbox environment only LOL
Access to Application
Application was designed very poor. System doesn't seem to work properly. Security features are weak and OTP sending is always late thus is not advisable for fast pacing tracsactions.

There banking days is so taking so much time. I’m still waiting for my approval or whatsoever it gives me the feeling that I’ll be rejected again this time. Anyways, they have a very short and easy application to fill up that’s awesome. I’ll change my ratings after the result.
I don’t recommend this
We have 2 brand new SUV cars but we never experienced such discriminations. They refused our application for 2nd hand motorcycle take note just a 2ND HAND MOTORCYCLE. They refused us without any advice or notice why. We already gave all the requirements they needed
Needs Improvement
The app is functioning but the lack of information once opened. No info of the loan availed. It was just watching a movie with no character in it.
Very poor service
They let you wait for 3 weeks just to respond to your application, then another 1 week to ask for additional requirements then suddenly still rejected. What an experience!
Log in issues
1 star as right from the registration and log in there is already an issue.
I have entered my Phone number, email and pin correctly still the app is not letting me log in. I have reset the pin still to no avail. Please fix.

Poor App Not working properly
The app won’t let me add any type of disbursement. I tried calling their contact number and sent multiple email but got no response.
Pls approve my personal loan
I will edit my reviews after the update of my personal loan. As I can see here of some many negative reviews about how it took so long for them to review loan application, I hope they will approve fast my loan because I badly needed the money right now and I am a good payer, you will never have a problem of me coz I pay fast and before due date.
