Every time I try to play it says no connection but my connection is perfectly fine, I tried deleted it and redownloading it but it still doesn't work

Doesn’t even open the app

I just downloaded the app. I have full bars on WiFi even with it turned off it won’t even start up. I just got on the app uninstalled and reinstalled since it wouldn’t work just took me to a screen saying trying again we promise your using the latest version. And if I click try again it don’t do anything but say the same thing. I would love to give this 5 stars but I can’t even play the game.
