Doesn’t even open the app
I just downloaded the app. I have full bars on WiFi even with it turned off it won’t even start up. I just got on the app uninstalled and reinstalled since it wouldn’t work just took me to a screen saying trying again we promise your using the latest version. And if I click try again it don’t do anything but say the same thing. I would love to give this 5 stars but I can’t even play the game.

i saw this app on instagram and wanted to try it and i signed up and hatched a zumi and everything but then im shown a paywall that i can’t get past. i’m not paying for an app i haven’t even tried. how do i get past the paywall because i know other people who use it for free?

Longer timer
I absolutely love the app, I love chatting with my creature, but the time ran out- may I suggest- don’t put a timer on the chat. Let the user decide when they are done chatting with their creature.

So I just got Zumi and don’t work when I tried to even open the app kept spinning
I got zumi and it don’t work opened the app kept spinning and something and deleted and restarted still don’t work don’t EVER use this app again
Can do nothing with this application
Can't play arcade games and can't do quests because don't see the smartphone or school icon. Please fix and update the application.

i go on zumi just to check for a second and somehow i always end up staying. it really feels like my own little world that keeps going even when i’m not there, without the overwhelm of regular social media

The chat button
Everything is really nice in the app I enjoy talking to my Zumi and spending time on the app for a while. But because of the send button in chat being so small I am not able to press it due to some issue. Then there is also a send option in the keyboard when I press it just works like the return button it doesn’t send the text so I am only able to talk to it through voice chat and it has limited time you can talk. So that is the only issue I have with it other than that every thing is really nice. I hope the developers look into the issue and maybe make the send button bigger.

I honestly was not thinking twice when I first saw the app, I thought to myself, "This will be interesting, though it will probably be over my age range," UM... HELLO! This is amazing! The designs are futuristic in every way possible, you can chat with a friend that grows and changes overtime, and there's a SCHOOL?! This era has such a great thing in the world.
