Can’t open app
I hold finger on button to open app and nothing happens would like to get into app to cancel subscription if I have a subscription I don’t know if free trial plan has ended but I want out and can’t even open app to check status or cancel

In the latest update you lost all of the money I collected. I demand that it be reinstated in my Premium Account. If it’s not returned I’m going to cancel my Premium Service. Very poorly done on Zus’s part and completely unacceptable.
Works ok
Is good used it a few times since purchase. A notification to phone when it needs charging would be a good addition. Once went completely flat and recharged had to delete and reload the app and re establish connection with it - App kept telling me to turn BT on (it was) until I deleted/reloaded.

BEWARE!!! I have purchased all of their products thinking it will be awesome to upgrade my vehicle and most are defective. Very hard to configure if you can configure at all. You have to constantly change between WiFi to use dash cam and backup cam, this is not user friendly at all. 9 out of 10 times it doesn’t even connect and when it does it disconnects. Very poor customer service as you will wait days for response. When you have a bad product you will pay to ship back to them and who knows if you will ever receive a new device. I am very disappointed, I had to return a product a couple of times because it was defective.

Won’t even let you run the app unless you give it access to location, camera and microphone. If you are ok with your privacy invaded then download away. ‘Camera access required to take selfies’ - joke!

Keep alarming
Continues alarm in the pocket, irritating to find the key and press the button to disable alarm.
Often loose connection even it is in the pocket and phone in back pocket..

Needs battery charge warning.
When the battery is charged the key locator seems to work fine. By clicking on the key icon you can determine the status of the battery charge but there is no unsolicited warning that the battery is about to go dead, so unless you’re in the habit of checking the battery status frequently you will wind up with a lost key.

Problème de connexion avec l’application
Les balises se déconnectent régulièrement de l’application ne se reconnecter pas automatiquement.
Cela perd tout son intérêt…
D’autre part lors ce que la batterie d’une des balises est faible il n’y a pas d’alerte dans l’application………
C’est très dommage pour le coup tout cela ne sert pas à grand chose.
D’autres part il est impossible d’ouvrir un ticket d’incident dans l’application sur iOS.
On peut le décrire l’incident ou le dysfonctionnement mais à aucun moment on ne peut l’envoyer…
À corriger de toute urgence ! ! !

Useless Must Be Fixed
In order for the “click” to call your phone to work you have to go into the app everyday and select it. This makes the item completely useless.
Doesn’t save parking spot
App almost always fails to locate for the car gps. Very bad glitch. Location services where set to always, bluetooth was on and connected, not underneath any parking garage, with full bars yet this always happens
