Unhappy
I bought five of these and find them to be of no use to me. You must be within Bluetooth range to be connected. Otherwise it will show you on a map where you were when last connected but that doesn’t help if the sensor is then moved to a different location whilst you are out-of-range. Sadly not what I thought I was purchasing- and they’re not cheap.

Bad customer service
I received my Nerlos tracker about two months ago. It came with a dead battery so we bought four more batteries to put in and as soon as they were put in it wouldn’t even turn on it. We checked the batteries and they were dead. I have called Nerlos several times to talk to Customer Service but all I can do is leave a message. No one emailed me. No one‘s called me, no one’s text me and I was really hoping this one would work but it isn’t and no one is supporting me so I am not a very happy customer right now. Please do something if you can.

Pretty bad compared to other available tech
You have to be within range to locate it and you can’t locate on a map

The button is very easy to push, turning the unit off and rendering it useless

Takes long to load
It takes long to load the devices. Please fix this.
Tracking
Very convenient to use and the trackers are very small to use on other items.
