Slow and have bugs
Overall, the app is okay, but after making just two orders, I encountered a few different bugs.
First, sometimes the selected drink is not added to the cart and an error appears. After refreshing the app and adding the same drink again, it suddenly appears in the cart twice, even though it wasn’t there before.
There is also a persistent bug when selecting a branch. I choose a branch, but the app sends me back to the page where I have to choose between delivery and self-pickup. Then I select the branch again, and the same thing happens over and over, almost endlessly.
Another issue happened with order pickup. During my first self-pickup order, I had to manually confirm that I had collected the drinks, after which I was given the option to rate the order. However, during my second order, there was no such button. The order was automatically marked as collected immediately after I received the notification that it was ready for pickup.

Cant save payment info
You cant save your payment method likes Credit card info to use on next order, waste your time to re-enter your credit card info in every single time.

ขอให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องระบบคืนเงิน ให้มีการโอนเงินคืนเข้าบัญชี เนื่องจากสั่งเครื่องดื่มหลายแก้ว ให้คนหลายคน เมื่อทางร้านยกเลิกออเดอร์ โดยที่ไม่มีการโทรแจ้ง ฝั่งลูกค้าจึงมีความจำเป็นในการคืนเงินให้คนที่สั่งน้ำมาในออเดอร์เดียวกัน ลูกค้าบาง Account ไม่สะดวกรับเป็นเงินคืนในแอป ถ้าคืนเงินในแอปก็ขอให้มีช่องทางโอนเงินกลับคืนบัญชีธนาคารด้วย เพราะการคืนเงินในแอปโดยที่ไม่มีช่องทางให้โอนเงินออก มันคือการมัดมือชก ให้ต้องซื้อเคคื่องดื่มของทางร้านจนกว่าเงินจะหมด
