What's New in Zway Fitness
1.0.1
July 22, 2026
FIXED • Purchases. An issue could stop a subscription from completing. That's fixed, and if the App Store still has trouble Zfit now takes a second route instead of failing silently. • Onboarding could leave you stuck on the last step if a purchase didn't go through. You can always continue into your 7-day free trial now. • Strength progression. A deload or a test-week taper prescribes lighter weights on purpose — but Zfit was treating that lighter weight as your new baseline, so every taper quietly cost you ground. Your numbers now pick up where they left off. • Apple Health. Clearer handling when access hasn't been granted. iOS only ever shows that prompt once, so there's now a direct route to Settings. NEW — IRIS actually coaches Ask her anything in plain English. She reads your logged sessions, recovery and macros and answers with your real numbers: why a lift has stalled, whether to push today, what to eat. When she doesn't have the data, she says so instead of guessing. NEW — Snap a photo of your meal Point your camera at a plate and Zfit estimates the calories and macros. Always labelled as an estimate with a confidence level, because portion size is a judgement call — edit before logging whenever it looks off. NEW — Meal plans built around what you actually eat Set your diet, allergies, dislikes and favourites once. Plans now come back as real meals — a chicken rice bowl, steak and eggs, a lentil bolognese — hitting your macro targets, with the grocery list built in. Anything you've listed as an allergy is never planned. NEW — Max Out, per lift Track several benchmarks at once, each on its own weekly, fortnightly or monthly clock, each tested on its own with its own progress report. NEW — Tap any achievement badge See when you earned it, what the next level asks for, and exactly how far you are. Locked badges show their target instead of hiding it. ALSO • Your coach now tells you what it changed and why — a lighter day after bad sleep, calories nudged by your weight trend, volume trimmed when you're run down. No silent edits. • Ask IRIS to adjust your program: "add a set to squats", "make my workouts easier". Bounded so progress still happens, and undo survives a restart. • Calorie targets flex with how much you actually moved that day. • Finished workouts open read-only, so you can't accidentally re-log one. • Reorder exercises by pressing and dragging, for this session or every future one. • Tap any weekly volume bar to drill into that week, day by day, down to the exact sets. Your training, meals and health data stay on your device. Sleep, HRV and heart rate are never sent anywhere — not even to the AI coach. Keep the reports coming: hello@zwayfitness.com
