This is generally good for cycling.
Good for tracking cycling. Not good for running. You can’t favorite run routes or WOs for running like you can with cycling. So, while, I like it for all the cycling I do with Zwift, it’s not good for when I do my Power walks or walk/runs.

Connections for planned rides never work. I have wasted hours trying to figure out how to get a planned workout from another training app loaded and it won’t work. I’ve cut so many workouts short bc of this stupidity. Then when I give up on trying to figure out how to sync a workout, zwift has no way to co trip the resistance or power when connected to a kickr. Great App
The Zwift Companion app is a must for anyone riding on Zwift. It shows the route map and other metrics plus it has other functions such as taking screenshots and recording video clips of the previous 15 seconds. You may save the ride from the companion, use the teleport and coffee break functions, etc. As its name implies, it is a perfect companion to the Zwift app!

Companion
This app adds so much to my Zwift experience, from giving ride ons to planning my week, looking at route and workout options, it’s great! Keep developing it Zwift! One suggestion would be to add climb portal as routes/plan options as these form a part of the Zwift experience. Keep up the good work
Breaks AirPods
Newest version makes my AirPods disconnect and reconnect repeatedly and I can’t listen to any music or podcasts during a ride.
