Terrible tracking

The tracking is not really usable and it limits the usability of the device. Also, the joystick is quite slow and non responsive

Reconnect issue

This app disconnects and reconnects so much that it’s basically unusable. I’m on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I still can’t even use the gimbal I paid for. And there haven’t been any new updates for it either.

Does not support Apple Log or ProRes codec

I have the Smooth 5S Ai, but the LiDar module doesn’t track without the app. This app doesn’t support Apple Log, and I can’t film with Apple’s camera app while using this app. The gimbal and LiDar module are completely useless to me if I can’t track and shoot Apple Log.

Realmente conforme

Miren yo tengo el smooth-q3 y la app tiene tutorial y consejos para tomar diferentes videos y aprendí mucho la app funciona excelente yo uso 2 iPhones uno 13 y otro 16 pro. La app funciona excelente de momento no vi fallas y la app no se puede usar para tomar videos o capturas si no esta conectado vía Bluetooth al smooth lo cual no estoy muy de acuerdo. Hace 3 años trabajo con esta app asique no duden en probarla. Saludos desde Argentina
