Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Q at Free against EchoAccess's $2.99. Q also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.5) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). EchoAccess's advantage is update cadence (every 5 months vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
