Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Q at 5.0 against Set Light's 4.5. Q also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Set Light's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
