About

TaskPath

The middle ground your tasks have been missing. TaskPath is a focused task tracker for iPhone that recognises real work doesn’t move directly from “To Do” to “Done”. It introduces a dedicated In Progress state, helping you stay focused on what matters while keeping track of everything else. Designed with a clean, native iPhone experience, TaskPath helps you organise your tasks without unnecessary complexity, so you can spend less time managing lists and more time making progress. Why TaskPath? Most task managers assume a task is either waiting or finished. Real work is rarely that simple. Whether you’re working on a multi-day project, completing a task over several sessions, or simply juggling competing priorities, TaskPath lets you move work into an In Progress state so you always know where your attention belongs. Key Features • Three-State Workflow – Manage tasks through Not Started, In Progress, and Completed for a workflow that reflects how work actually gets done. • Subtasks – Break larger tasks into manageable steps without losing sight of the bigger picture. • Calendar Integration – View your scheduled tasks alongside your Apple Calendar. • iCloud Sync – Keep your tasks securely synchronised using your personal iCloud account. • Import from Apple Reminders – Bring your existing reminders into TaskPath and get started quickly. • Privacy First – Your data stays yours. No tracking, no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no external servers. Premium Start with the free version and upgrade to Premium to unlock: • Focus Mode • Calendar Integration • Unlimited In Progress tasks Stay focused on what matters with a task tracker designed to help you make steady, meaningful progress every day.
