EvalBud helps military members capture accomplishments while they are fresh, organize them throughout the year, and turn saved facts into stronger evaluation and award drafts when the time comes. CAPTURE IT FAST Use Tell AI to describe what you did naturally by typing or speaking. EvalBud organizes the facts into a structured accomplishment and asks follow-up questions when important details are missing. You can also use Quick Capture or enter everything manually when you want more control. KEEP YOUR RECORD ORGANIZED Build a searchable accomplishment log instead of trying to reconstruct an entire year at closeout. Track: • Actions and outcomes • Measurable impact • People affected • Performance areas and categories • Dates and tags • Supporting photos and PDFs • Custom accomplishment details STAY READY EvalBud provides planning views that help you see where your record is strong and where you may need more evidence before an evaluation or award package is due. GENERATE FROM SAVED FACTS Select the accomplishments you want to use and create drafts for supported military evaluation and award workflows. EvalBud currently supports workflows for: • Air Force • Space Force • Army Supported generation includes applicable evaluation content, award packages, and Army NCOER support based on the selected service, rank, and output. REVIEW BEFORE YOU USE IT EvalBud checks generated drafts against the facts you saved and can flag claims that need review. Revise a draft, request changes, reassess it, and rebuild without starting over. YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE An account is optional. EvalBud works local-first and can be used without signing in. If you choose to create an account, secure cloud backup and multi-device synchronization are available. You can also export portable backup files and CSV data.
