About

GoalForest

Features

Most goals don't fail from lack of effort. They fail because "get fit" was never a plan. GoalForest turns what you want into what you'll actually do tomorrow morning. Say your goal in a sentence — out loud or typed — and it builds the rest: milestones, daily steps sized to the time you really have, and a coach that adjusts when life gets in the way. Every goal you're growing becomes a tree. Show up, and your forest fills in. A PLAN, NOT A BLANK CHECKLIST Other trackers hand you an empty grid and wish you luck. GoalForest starts by asking what you want, then does the hard part — breaking a vague ambition into milestones and into today's first small step. Something you can finish before work. MEET WISHI Your coach lives in the app. Ask what to do today. Tell it you're stuck, or that this week got away from you. You get a straight answer in a sentence or two, not a lecture and not a wall of text. STREAKS THAT FORGIVE Miss a day and recovery mode helps you rebuild, instead of resetting you to zero. Everyone misses days. An app that punishes you for it is an app you delete in February. WHAT'S INSIDE • Goals broken into milestones and daily tasks, generated from one sentence • A visual forest — progress you can see, not a percentage bar • Daily check-ins that take about thirty seconds • Streaks with a recovery path when you slip • Weekly reviews that reshape the plan around the week you actually had • Tribes — join a small group working toward the same thing, or keep everything private • Badges and levels for the milestones that genuinely took something out of you HOW IT WORKS 1. Say what you want. One sentence is enough. 2. Get your plan — milestones, daily steps, a realistic finish date. 3. Check in. Each day you show up, your tree grows. 4. Adjust. Weekly reviews keep the plan honest about your real life. BUILT TO BE KIND No guilt-trip notifications. No leaderboard telling you you're behind everyone else. No streak you're terrified to break. The forest grows at the pace you actually move. GOALFOREST PREMIUM Premium unlocks the AI coach, several goals growing at once, daily reminders, and weekly plan adjustments. You can use GoalForest free for as long as you like with one goal. Subscriptions are available weekly, monthly, or yearly and are billed to your Apple Account. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
