Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Kolide at free against Confluence Cloud's freemium. Kolide also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Confluence Cloud's advantage is ratings volume (3.7K vs 13) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
