Eye Test is free to download; 112 Operator costs $9.99 up front. 112 Operator sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Eye Test asks for nothing beyond the download.
112 Operator holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 112 Operator has 87 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Eye Test's written reviews are positive against 61% of 112 Operator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
