SimplyCircle offers teachers, principals and PTA leaders a safe and simple way to communicate with parents in a convenient, all-in-one app. Teachers can send updates, create events and tasks, request volunteer signups, collect payments, and share documents and photos. Parents can engage socially, both with teachers and with each other. All communication stays private to your circle, and only group organizers can see the contact information of the group members. SimplyCircle saves you time: You only need to create an event or a task once, and all reminders will happen automatically. SimplyCircle drives higher family engagement at your school: Parents can sign up to volunteer, or share photos with other group members, right from their phone. As a group leader, you have complete control over who is in your circle, and what content is posted to your circle. As a group member, you see all of the communication from all of your circles consolidated into a single convenient and private dashboard, which you can access from anywhere, on any device. The web and the app are always kept in sync – any updates on one immediately show up on the other. SimplyCircle helps streamline communications for all types of parent groups, including classrooms, schools, PTAs, scout groups, sports teams, and informal groups of family and friends. Unlike other group communication platforms, SimplyCircle combines the broad reach of an email distribution list with the deep engagement of a private social network. COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH PARENTS. SimplyCircle makes it simple to handle all your parent communication in one system. It’s easy to send out updates, events, tasks, and photos to all the members in your private circle. Everyone can respond to content online or from the mobile app, and all new posts are summarized daily. This way, you can engage all your members – and avoid another “reply all” email fiasco. NEVER FORGET ANOTHER EVENT. It’s easy to create events and tasks in SimplyCircle, and your entire group will get notified. Then, they will receive automated reminders about everything happening that week on Sunday morning, plus one final reminder the day of the event. Parents can also import any SimplyCircle event or task into their personal calendar with one click of a button. ENABLE ONE-ON-ONE CONVERSATIONS. With SimplyCircle, parents can engage in one-on-one conversations with other group members, without needing to access their private contact information. For people who don’t know each other well, that’s much easier than looking up an email address in a school directory or a club roster. Parents can message each other privately right from the app, and be instantly notified when they get a new message. If the recipient of their message does not have the SimplyCircle app, he or she will receive an email – so no communications ever get lost. INTEGRATED VOLUNTEER SIGNUPS. Volunteer signup features are included right in the SimplyCircle platform, so you don’t have to manage your group communications across multiple different services. Group members can sign up to volunteer with one click of a button, right from their phone. COLLECT PAYMENTS. Whether you need to collect field trip donations, PTA dues or sell school concert tickets, you can do it directly on SimplyCircle. The money will be instantly deposited to your PayPal account, and you can see who paid you right here on SimplyCircle. IT'S EASY! It takes less than a minute to set up your private circle and invite your group members. On the app, you can easily invite people from the address book on your phone or by entering their email addresses. On the web, you have additional invitation options such as uploading a CSV file. On all platforms, you can simply share an invite code for your circle, and have parents join it on their own. Organize your knowledge through mind mapping and create your personal mind library. Instead of carving knowledge into your brain’s neurons by repeating it over and over, why not persist it as a mind map in an information network? Only once and without the risk of losing it. Starting from a central node, mindlib enables you to save, relate, and compare information. Knowledge is displayed in a mind map-like style, where everything is interconnectable—just like your mind. Engage in dynamic conversations with your personal AI to explore, refine, and expand your knowledge. The AI-Chat in mindlib is uniquely tailored to your knowledge base, intelligently searching through your stored insights to provide context-aware answers that are grounded in your own curated information. AI-generated insights can be automatically transformed into structured mind maps, eliminating the need for manual organization and research. Instead of arranging content yourself, simply engage in a natural conversation, and let mindlib handle the structuring. This allows you to effortlessly expand your knowledge while keeping it well-organized and interconnected. To support knowledge organization, mindlib can be a share goal for your weblinks, uses Open Graph to pull information from URLs, and integrates the Google Knowledge Graph to discover relevant entities. A search function, list view, and graphical mind map navigation enable you to quickly access your knowledge and explore new connections. mindlib stores your mind maps locally and synchronizes with a server, ensuring your knowledge is always available—even when offline. The app supports the OPML format for importing and exporting information, allowing easy exchange with other mind mapping applications and creating backups. Use the web application version to access mindlib from your desktop at app.mindlib.de. The free version allows up to 100 pieces of information. Upgrade to a monthly or yearly subscription for unlimited knowledge storage. Once your subscription ends, your existing data remains available and synchronized across all devices.
