Both are free to download. VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. t2. Новый уровень asks for nothing beyond the download.
t2. Новый уровень holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11K and 7.4K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of t2. Новый уровень's written reviews are positive against 54% of VPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
t2. Новый уровень ships an update fortnightly, VPN weekly. Both last shipped on October 18, 2026.
