Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ARELLO at 5.0 against Paragon Connect's 2.3. Paragon Connect's advantage is ratings volume (54 vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
