Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 台灣黃金價格 at 3.0 against 街口支付's 2.1. 台灣黃金價格 also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). 街口支付's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

台灣黃金價格 holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 街口支付 has 35 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 21% of 街口支付's written reviews are positive against 17% of 台灣黃金價格's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
