Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: CoreFiles at every 2 weeks against Faxbot's every 8 months. CoreFiles also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
