AlertOps holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LogicMonitor Mobile Alerts has 29 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 21% of LogicMonitor Mobile Alerts's written reviews are positive against 0% of AlertOps's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
LogicMonitor Mobile Alerts ships an update every 6 months, AlertOps every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 14, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
