Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is monetization model: Eko at free with in-app purchases against The Code Runner Pro's subscription. Eko also leads on ratings volume (11K vs 1) and chart position (#6 vs unranked). The Code Runner Pro's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
