Verdict

The call

Eko and IV Push Timer both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of IV Push Timer's written reviews are positive against 51% of Eko's. IV Push Timer also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). Eko's advantage is price (Free vs $1.99) and ratings volume (11K vs 1). On rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
