Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Freshii at every 3 weeks against Heal Wellness's every 7 months. Freshii also leads on ratings volume (963 vs 18) and review sentiment (59% vs 50%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Heal Wellness holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Freshii has 963 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Freshii's written reviews are positive against 50% of Heal Wellness's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Freshii ships an update every 3 weeks, Heal Wellness every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
