Dashboards are diagnostic tools that let you read the key operations of the plant and get deep information if necessary. The visual representation of a board helps to better understand the cause of poor performance. It provides managers with an overview of business performance, and each responsible party can have a view. A good dashboard design is key to support the achievement of objectives and an analysis of key processes.
