Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Philippines Fish ID at 100% against Batik Air's 5%. Philippines Fish ID also leads on rating (5.0 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). Batik Air's advantage is price (Free vs $14.99) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
