Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Meeting Guide at none against YourKeepr's 1. Meeting Guide also leads on ratings volume (1K vs 19). YourKeepr's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.4) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. YourKeepr sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $49.99 per month. Meeting Guide asks for nothing beyond the download.
YourKeepr holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Meeting Guide has 1K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Meeting Guide's written reviews are positive against 67% of YourKeepr's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Meeting Guide ships an update every 2 months, YourKeepr every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
