Lily is a small glowing character on a black screen. She asks how you are, breathes with you at the pace your feeling needs, and blooms into her full colors only when you honestly feel better. There are no menus and nothing to set up. Her body is the interface. In an anxious moment you can touch her anywhere at all and she simply breathes with you. How a moment with her goes: - She asks how you are. You answer with one touch. - Touch the color that feels like where you are. A racing feeling gets a quick reset breath. A tight chest gets a long, slow exhale. She picks the rhythm so you never choose from a list. - Her glow paces your breath, with a soft pulse in your hand at each turn of the breath. It works even with your eyes closed. - When it passes, she asks how it is now. Only your honest answer makes her bloom. No timer can fake it. - Your days gather into a quiet ribbon of color. The hard hours and the soft ones, remembered without streaks, scores, or guilt. - If something is coming up, you can tell her. She asks when, not what, and after it passes she asks how it went. What it was is never stored, because she never knew. What LilyOna never does: no account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics, and no network connections at all. Everything stays on your phone. Delete the app and it is all gone. Lily is company, not a clinician. She makes no medical claims and is not a substitute for professional care. Her breathing follows gentle, widely used calming patterns, she will remind you to stop if you feel dizzy, and she asks you to go gently if you are pregnant or your heart or lungs need care. Free. Nothing to buy in the moment you need her.
