Using the ANACITY IN app, you can effortlessly perform the below actions: • Book a facility such as a tennis court, gym, clubhouse, party hall, etc. • Track vehicles entering the gated community. • Issue Gate Pass to your domestic help. • Book or order from local services. • Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter. • Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations, stories, news, images with your neighbors. • Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate. • Inform expected visitors to the security. • Lock and unlock your vehicles from the app for additional security. • Raise Maintenance Complaints to the Staff along with pictures of the issue. • Scan the QR code assigned to each facility and raise complaints if the said facility is malfunctioning.
