View your file, find a Helan office or post box near you, follow up on reimbursements, replacement income and extra insurances, download stickers and travel documents and view your health insurance mail. The app also makes it easy to request reimbursements for your Helan benefits (e.g. sports club membership fees, glasses and lenses, camps, etc.). Take a picture of your reimbursement form, send it to us and we will do the rest!

The 112 BE app is the official app for the Belgian emergency services. Once you are registered, you can make an emergency call with the app for ambulance, fire department or police assistance. If you use the app, the emergency centres automatically get an indication of your location and who you are. When you cannot communicate by speech, the operator can exceptionally also activate a chat function.
